+This release reorganises the stack's human documentation and teaches `raw derive` real-world documents. `docs/` is now sorted into tutorials, how-to guides, reference and explanation, with the developer guide in an unshipped `docs/dev/`; the command, skill and page-type references are generated from the shipped records, the root documents shrink to a landing page and an English installation tutorial, and `docs/` is mirrored into the Gitea wiki. The explanation pages moved, so an instance runs the required migration document to repair the one path its `kb/CONVENTIONS.md` links. `raw derive` now turns Office files, mail with attachments, ZIP archives, PDF, Outlook MSG and Excel sheets into a folder with the original and a derived text. Smaller changes: the shapes of the four hand-written `.wikitool-*.json` files live in one record, `AGENTS.md` § Gates is the single gate list, and the asset preflight retries a blocked move.

The new `docs/tutorials/first-source-to-first-answer.md` walks a fresh instance through one ingest and two questions, one the wiki answers with citations and one it has no source for, using `docs/tutorials/sample-source.md`, a short made-up note that ships with every instance. `README.md`'s "Your first ingestion" is a link to it, which finishes `README.md` as a landing page.
